Please provide an SSU log file after installing 23.4 as you normally would. Find a download of System Support Utility and post the log file here. We will use this to replicate the scenario more accurately. This will not collect any personal information.
- Download and run the .exe from the link above
- Check "everything" then click "scan"
- When scan is finished click "next"
- Save the log and attach it to a post
