The posted CapsuleApp.efi file is the correct version (v1.02).
The BSP Build Guide has a typo and will be corrected in a future release.
Corrected text:
Verify you are using the correct version of CapsuleApp.efi by using the -v option.
You must use version 1.01 or later.
