Does your MPX-3132 perhaps has its own BIOS?
Im thinking if you in the NUC BIOS go to Advanced -> Devices & Peripherals -> PCI Slots and there select your MPX-3132 (if it shows up here, at least your network card should show up here with its BIOS).
