Lois,

You were right about the beta driver not installing correctly. I must have assumed that it was installed correctly. However, it refuses to install no matter what I do. The beta audio driver installs just fine, but when it attempts to install the video driver, it gives the following error message: "The setup program failed to install one or more device drivers. Setup will exit." I believe there is something wrong with the beta driver given as the beta driver version attempting to install is actually lower than the current driver version. Here are the following version numbers that are included in the beta driver:

Audio: 6.16.00.3161

Video: 10.18.14.4072

I also noticed that on the website provided, the file name for the 64 bit driver ( win64_16360b.zip) is different than what is listed in the description under "Which file to choose:" ( win64_15360b.zip).

System:

Intel NUC D34010WYK

Windows 8.1

Thank you,

Levi
