Re: Windows peripherals non-responsive upon Linux reboot

This problem has prevailed since I got my NUC six months ago.

During that period I have been switching my keyboard and mouse,

and have tried several Linux distros such as Mint 16-17 and Ubuntu,

and whatever kernel updates has occured for the past 6 months.

¨

I realize now, my explanation in the original post was somewhat

dubious, I should maybe have written "when I reboot from Linux"

since the no-input-deadlock only happens in Windows upon re-

booting any Linux system. It happens consequently, even when

rebooting from a Live USB-key!

I have been able to ignore the problem for so long, only because

I have used Linux exclusively, where everything just seem to

work, but now I have to use both Win and Lin, and have to

remember to do a full shut down from Lin, or else wake up in

Win to a non-responsive system, which begs the hard shutdown
