One a semi related note, I have been trying to get this set-up as well: https://github.com/agnat/node_mdns
And it requires "libavahi-compat-libdnssd-dev" At least that is what the package is called in Debian.
I notice that there are a lot of Avahi packages in both repos (this one and the IoT one), but not this one. Is it by any chance 'there' just not in a standard location. And if not what is a way I could look into getting it? Is it possible to download directly with opkg from some debian repo?
