I'm sorry, but you have been given some misleading information. Here are the part numbers you can look for, to identify the version that uses the N2830 processor:

SA#: H22962-103 (and later) - this is found on the barcode label on the bottom of the NUC Kit chassis

or

AA#: H24582-203 (and later) - this is found on the barcode label on the NUC motherboard itself

It is correct, though, that the name of this NUC remains "DN2820FYKH". I hope this clears up any confusion. You wouldn't happen to have received a service ticket number when you called, did you? I'd like to follow-up on this misinformation to be sure it doesn't happen again. (Send a private message if you have it.)
