It looks like you are using SD image 1.0.0, and using firmware 782. The latest firmware is 1.0.0, you need to download the new Arduino IDE 1.5.3. from Software Downloads - Drivers. Notice it is the same version number but the current IDE that you can download from the Software Downloads has the latest firmware for Intel Galileo.
